Okay, so I’ve been messing around with watches lately, and I gotta say, I’m totally hooked on this one from Jaeger-LeCoultre. It’s called the Reverso Tribute Monoface, and man, is it a beauty.
First off, I started by just looking at pictures online. You know how it is, you see something shiny and you just gotta have it. I spent hours, maybe even days, just scrolling through images of this watch. The design, inspired by some old Latin phrase that means “I turn around” or something like that. I saw that phrase somewhere and thought “that is just about right”.

They told me it’s a watch for “mature people.” I guess I’m finally mature enough, because I really felt a connection to this thing. It’s not just for old guys, though. I tried it on with my jeans and sneakers, and it looked pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

It got delivered to me and I immediately took it out and tried it on. I was worried it would look weird but it didn’t at all! I tried it on with a polo shirt too and it matched even better. I think I am going to wear it more often now.
